A Lesson in Umlaut
For the record and just so everyone knows, this is your lesson in typing an umlaut e (ë).
Alt + 0235(on keypad) = ë
Have fun and may the umlaut be with you.

ë, ok I got it.
Several Microsoft products (Word, wordpad, Outlook, etc.) let you do
Ctrl-Shift-;
then type a vowel and it is umlauted.
ëäïöü
This is easier for me to remember, since the Ctrl key just turns the colon horizontal. I normally type my posts in wordpad, incase blogger screws up. The umlauts stay when you cut and paste. They really ought to make it work that way in Internet Explorer.
Oh, and I know I put Zoe instead of Zoë in the last post.
What can I say?
I'm lazy.
I don't even type my whole name.
