I'm befuzzled.

Well, it's kinda a coin toss. Currently this birthmother is the "cheapest" to adopt from. We would have to pay medical, but we wouldn't have passthrough expenses, such as rent and transportation, which other mothers have. However, if she needs a c-section, it could become more expensive. So, we don't really know.

On the other hand, hospitals set up payment plans, so that might mean we can pay it off more slowly and not tighten our budget drastically at the same time we are getting a kid.

Oh, and it looks like it's a boy. Like I said, we'll still meet in a couple of weeks, and have more to say then.
