Commissioned

We’ve been commissioned to make a more detailed profile; at least a profile with more pictures in it. We don’t take a lot of pictures, so we may want to grab some new ones. (any excuse to use the new camera)

Anyhow, I’ll post the profile once we’re done with it.

What kind of pic's are they looking for, recent, earlier?

The reason I ask was: I was wondering if pictures from family get-togethers, particulary an earlier Thanksgiving at your apt., would be appropriate?

I guess they'd be appropriate. I'm not sure what photos. I was thinking about the wedding photos, our original profile pic and maybe some of us and the dogs. I think it's supposed to be one page. I dunno, I haven't talked with Bonny about it yet. She's still at work.

I talked to the guy here at work who is trying to adopt. He said that for some reason pictures w/ pets, especially cats &/or dogs, is really good. I mentioned about you playing w/ Cookie w/ the water bottle; he said that would be a good picture. Showing that you have a fenced yard is good. He recommends having no geographically identifying things in your pic's, such as house #, easily identifiable park, etc. He said pictures from your Halloween parties, particularly showing that families are involved, would be good. He said a big 'yes' to the extended familly pictures, to include identifying the people. It's probably important for them to know that both sets of parents (grandparents-to-be) considering the spouses of their children to be their children as well. I'm sure Dan & Sheila consider Josie just as much a part of the family, too. Pictures w/ Daphne's family with the girls on that music/step pad thing would give them an idea of the type of atmosphere your family has. Any pic's w/ family at the zoo? Yes, to the holiday pic's.

Careful with the pet pictures. If there are many cats and/or large dogs, then no...I would suggest leaving them out until you get to discuss the pets.

Every expectant mother is different but from what I gather, big dogs and cats are warning signs that the baby may not be welcomed by the pets and it would be a safety issue in the back of her (expectant mother's) mind.

[[Just trying to help]] Good luck!
